Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English on B2 level.
• Experience in insurance administration and working with MGAs/brokers and bordereaux.
• Understanding of premium, tax and commission processes; intermediary accounts and currency handling.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERGO systems for bordereaux.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, four eyes controls and documentation.
• Independent, reliable worker who meets processing deadlines.
• Team-oriented with good communication for internal/external partners.
• High sense of responsibility and compliance with audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance transaction data and verify completeness and accuracy.
• Validate financial information from brokers and partners.
• Process premiums, commissions, fees and taxes ensuring data consistency.
• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, drive resolution.
• Monitor data quality and reconcile across systems.
• Transform complex data into accurate records.
• Work with large data volumes and support process optimization.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve reporting and accuracy.
