Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking a software engineer to contribute to web-based applications supporting the Lufthansa Group’s loyalty program. You will work in an agile, cross-functional team from concept through production.

The role requires at least 3 years of professional software development, experience with Agile, Git, CI/CD, and strong English (B2/C1). You will collaborate across departments to deliver end-to-end solutions, implement APIs, and continuously improve development practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications supporting Lufthansa Group’s loyalty program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
• Implement and integrate APIs, business logic, and user-facing features.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Work in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment and release activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions.
• Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted development solutions where applicable.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of web-based applications supporting a loyalty program for Lufthansa Group’s corporate and business customers. You will work in an agile, cross-functional team and contribute to the development of software solutions from initial concepts through to production.

Who are you?

Your profile:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Senior position 12 000 - 22 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
