Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking a skilled AI/ML professional to design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI and Computer Vision. You will analyze aviation data, transform insights into innovative products, and collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions.

The role offers hybrid work with 2 days per week at our Gdańsk office, an international environment, and strong growth opportunities across the aviation tech domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or another quantitative field.
• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions for real business challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and at least one of Generative AI, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics.
• Strong Python programming skills and libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week from our Gdańsk office).
