This position forms a critical part of the Rochester Electronics EMEA Sales organization based out of the Eastern Europe Sales Office in Warsaw, Poland:
- Reportingtothe Manager, InsideSales,theindividualwillbepositionedinateamenvironment working closely with the Line Manager, Regional Sales team and also Technical Sales team driving the overall Company BusinessStrategy.
- Support and execute business plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base.
- Exceed defined sales and revenue budget for the Eastern Europe region.
- Withafocusonbuildingstronginterpersonalcustomerrelationshipsthisrolewillsuitadynamicindividualwhothrives offthechallengeofateamorientatedproactivesalesapproach.FluentinPolishandEnglishlanguage is vital.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide quotations and order entry processing for existing and new customers within region and build relationships with key decision makers, to cross sell and upsell within the business throughoutEMEA
- Define target list of existing OEM and CEM “one-touch” customers and build relationships with keydecision makers, to cross sell and upsell within the business throughoutEMEA
- Work with EMEA Sales team to gain “audience” with pre-identified target potential customers across the region
- Responsible for identifying new customers and significantly growing the number of trading customerswith Rochester
- Support the closing of all new business and the onboarding of newcustomers
- Promote the full range of Rochester Electronics products andservices
- Participate fully in all Global and EMEA salespromotions
- Provide a first-class service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customerbase
- Work as an integral member of the Global team and form strong and effective relationships throughoutthe organization
- Identify major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resourcesto close business in theregion
- In conjunction with the EMEA Sales team, the position will be responsible for managing the full salescycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals
- Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue forthe customer base and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained on a dailybasis
- Provide effective communication and service to the customer base and effectively navigate internallyto influence decisions and priorities on active businessopportunities
- Be able and willing to pick up additional workload asappropriate
- Provide a first-class service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customerbase
- Manage appropriate customer feedback including complaints, order progressing anddocumentation
- In conjunction with the Manager, Inside Sales, manage the finance collections procedure foryour assigned customerbase.
Requirements
- Vast Semiconductor industry experience and knowledge
- Fluent in Polish and English language - verbal and written communication skills are essential. Any additional languages would be advantageous
- Communication skills – be confident and effective in explaining concepts and situations to co-workers,business partners and customers of differing languages andcultures
- Builds strong and successful relationships, effectively supporting and influencing colleagues, partners,
- suppliers, customers and members of the globalteam
