About Our Client

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering strategic infrastructure projects in an industrial environment.

Job Description

• End-to-end management of infrastructure projects (production halls, logistics facilities, technical infrastructure).
• Overseeing the full project lifecycle: from concept and design to execution and final acceptance.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously (approx. 3-4 investments).
• Supervising and coordinating external partners (general contractors, designers, suppliers).
• Controlling quality, schedule, and project budgets.
• Managing project changes and contractor claims.
• Coordinating technical infrastructure (roads, parking areas, utilities, installations).
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Representing the company towards authorities, institutions, and business partners.
• Monitoring project progress and resolving ongoing challenges.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project delivery (industrial environment preferred).
• Experience working with general contractors and external companies.
• Solid understanding of construction investment processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a construction/project-driven environment.
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Foreign languages: English (C1 required), German is a strong advantage.
