Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer in Warsaw to lead the design and implementation of automation workflows and XaaS services. You will build scalable solutions using vRealize Automation and Orchestrator, and you will collaborate with multiple teams to meet automation requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in IT with strong hands-on expertise in VMware vRealize Automation, Orchestrator, and CI/CD practices, plus English fluency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience including infrastructure and workflow automation.
• Strong experience with VMware vRealize Automation 8.x and its components.
• Hands-on experience with vRealize Orchestrator.
• Experience in workflow automation and XaaS services.
• Good understanding of YAML and JSON.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and processes.
• Experience with self-service portals or service catalogs.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop new automation activities, workflows and service components
• Build and maintain workflows in vRealize Orchestrator and/or Cloud Assembly
• Develop and maintain XaaS services and self-service automation solutions
• Design and implement integrations with external applications and systems
• Support configuration, setup and development of the vRealize Automation platform
• Work based on technical documentation, requirements and implementation guidelines
• Support and mentor developers with less experience in vRealize Automation
• Contribute to CI/CD-based development and deployment processes
• Cooperate with technical teams and stakeholders on automation requirements and solutions

Requirements:
