Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced VMware Aria Developer for a fully remote role.

You will design, develop, and enhance automation solutions within an enterprise infrastructure, building workflows and XaaS services while collaborating with infrastructure and development teams. The role requires hands-on VMware Aria Automation 8.x expertise, strong scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript, and solid YAML/JSON skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation and XaaS service development.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Aria Automation (8.x) and Aria Orchestrator.
• Experience developing automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of YAML and JSON; experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using VMware Aria Automation and Aria Orchestrator.
• Build and enhance XaaS offerings and reusable automation services.
• Develop integrations with external applications, platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the VMware Aria platform.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and automation standards.

We are looking for an experienced VMware Aria Developer to design, develop, and enhance automation solutions within a modern enterprise infrastructure environment. The role focuses on building workflows, developing XaaS services, creating system integrations, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the VMware Aria platform while collaborating closely with infrastructure and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using VMware Aria Automation and Aria Orchestrator.
• Build and enhance XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service) offerings and reusable automation services.
• Develop integrations with external applications, platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the VMware Aria platform.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and automation standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows and automation services.
• Mentor and support less experienced developers through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD and automation delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation and XaaS service development.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Aria Automation (formerly vRealize Automation) 8.x and Aria Orchestrator.
• Experience developing automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of YAML and JSON.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira, and other Atlassian tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently based on technical requirements and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
