Job summary

Sii Ukraїna TOV in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design target-state architectures spanning cloud and on‑premises environments.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards, collaboration across IT teams, and delivering clear technical designs while visiting the Wroclaw office twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of infrastructure architecture or design experience.
• Strong networking knowledge including routing, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience designing solutions across public cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Ability to create clear technical docs and deployment designs.
• Ability to translate security requirements into infrastructure designs.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Willingness to work from the Wroclaw office twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Design target-state infrastructure architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Create architecture artefacts including diagrams, deployment models and tech designs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security and data teams.
• Ensure security requirements are incorporated and support architecture reviews with Cyber Security stakeholders.
• Evaluate dependencies, risks, and impacts of changes across the technology landscape.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle and roadmaps.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing target-state infrastructure architectures across cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Design infrastructure solutions for new business initiatives, applications, and technology changes, defining hosting models, integrations, environments, and network connectivity
• Create architecture artefacts including infrastructure diagrams, deployment models, and technical design documentation
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and data teams to align proposed solutions with enterprise standards
• Ensure security requirements are incorporated into designs and support architecture reviews with Cyber Security stakeholders
• Evaluate dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of infrastructure changes across the existing technology landscape
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle and support technology roadmaps by considering the platform lifecycle and evolution

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in infrastructure architecture or infrastructure solution design within complex enterprise environments
• Strong networking knowledge, including routing, network segmentation, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing
• Experience designing solutions across public cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment designs
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical infrastructure design decisions
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work from the office in Wroclaw twice a week

Nice to have

• Experience with IT/OT environments, including IT-OT network segmentation, manufacturing infrastructure, and industrial networking concepts
