Job summary

Infolet is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in Kraków. The role drives end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives across global teams, balancing Agile and Waterfall methods to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will govern projects, manage budgets and engage senior stakeholders to secure approvals and deliver business value. This position offers hybrid work with two days in the Kraków office and three days remote.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT Infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Strong governance, reporting and documentation skills.
• Proven budgets, cost tracking and financial analysis ability.
• Experience coordinating global, matrix teams across regions.
• Excellent communication with senior management and executives.
• Hands-on with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
• Establish and govern project reporting, controls and compliance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and cost management across projects.
• Collaborate with IT, business and finance stakeholders; provide status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional, international teams and manage dependencies.
• Identify risks and dependencies; implement mitigation and lessons learned.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methods to ensure structured execution and BAU readiness.
