Job summary

Solita, the international mothership of Future Mind, is seeking an Information Security Lead to shape and continuously develop information security across the Solita Group. You’ll coordinate security across the group and balance risk with business needs.

You will lead a security team, define security strategy, ensure compliance with customer commitments and regulations, and advise leadership on cybersecurity risks and investments.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and professional experience in information security, risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing security teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISMS frameworks, especially ISO 27001, and enterprise risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead information security across the Solita Group, ensuring risks are managed in line with risk appetite and business objectives.
• Define, drive, and continuously develop Solita's security strategy and roadmap with business leaders and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer commitments, legal/regulatory requirements, and industry certifications.
• Lead and develop Solita's security team across governance, risk, monitoring, and incident response.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on cybersecurity risks, threats, and investments.
• Promote security as a business enabler supporting growth, trust, and competitive advantage.
• Continuously evolve security capabilities to stay risk-based, scalable, and aligned with the threat landscape.

As Information Security Lead, you will help ensure that information security remains a trusted business enabler as Solita continues to grow.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and developing information security across the Solita Group, balancing security and risk management with business needs, customer expectations, and operational efficiency.

This is a role with a broad scope and significant room to shape the way security develops across the organization.

What will you be doing?

You will:

• Own and lead information security across the Solita Group, ensuring that security risks are managed in line with the company's risk appetite and business objectives.
• Define, drive, and continuously develop Solita's security strategy and roadmap together with business leaders, customers, and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer commitments, legal and regulatory requirements, industry certifications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and develop Solita's security team, covering areas such as security governance, risk and compliance, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on cybersecurity risks, emerging threats, investment priorities, and strategic decisions.
• Promote security as a business enabler that supports growth, innovation, customer trust, and competitive advantage.
• Continuously develop Solita's security capabilities so that they remain risk-based, scalable, efficient, and aligned with the evolving threat landscape.

The role requires close collaboration across different countries, functions, and levels of the organization.

We expect you to have:

• Relevant education and professional experience in information security, risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of security professionals and subject matter experts.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), particularly ISO 27001, and enterprise risk management practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain security risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and foster security awareness across an organization.
• A pragmatic and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and business objectives.
• Fluency in English.

Nordic language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.

It’s a plus if you also have:

• Experience working in an international business environment.
• Experience in technology consulting, software development, or another technology-driven business.
• Experience with customer-facing security programs, audits, and compliance requirements.
