Tylko, founded in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Head of Product to unite Ecommerce, Configurability, and Furniture on Demand, turning customer insight into measurable business impact. You will lead product teams, define the roadmap, and foster AI-enabled, data-driven decision making. Fluent Polish and English, extensive product management & leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, including leadership roles such as Head of Product, Product Director, or Group Product Manager.
• Proven track record across product-led Ecommerce and technology platforms or configurat​ion/3D/personalization systems.
• Experience across physical and digital products, ideally in direct-to-consumer, technology, or design-driven companies.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation toward data-driven product development.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, CRO, and Ecommerce performance.
• Fluency in discovery methods, A/B testing, metrics, and data instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs to drive outcomes, not just output.
• Incorporate AI-first thinking in customer-facing products (configurators, shopping assistants, recommendations).

About the Role

As our Head of Product, you will shape the product organization behind three of Tylko's core domains - Ecommerce, Configurability, and Furniture on Demand - connecting customer perspective, technology, and business into one system where digital and physical product reinforce each other's value. You will define how product decisions translate directly into business outcomes: conversion, revenue, and margin.

Your mission is to bring a consistent, measurable way of working to product teams - from discovery to delivery - grounded in data, experimentation, and shared standards. This role is central to Tylko's transformation into an organization built on domains, value streams, continuous learning, and AI-empowered teams, where product becomes the primary driver of growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Lead the Product Managers building a culture of product ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just output
• Co-create product strategy with the CPTO and Chief Ecommerce & Marketing Officer, owning the roadmap and prioritization across all three domains in line with CVR, CLTV, revenue, and time-to-market goals
• Bring an AI-first mindset into daily product work, driving the adoption of AI in customer-facing products (configurators, shopping assistants, recommendations) in partnership with Tech and Data
• Establish shared standards for roadmapping, documentation, KPIs, and hypothesis validation, raising the overall maturity of product management at Tylko
• Mentor and develop Product Managers into strong, systems-minded, commercially-driven product leaders
• Own product's contribution to core business metrics - CVR, CLTV/Revenue/Margin, Time to Market, and experience KPIs - in close partnership with Heads of Technology, Brand, and Digital Experience

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in product management, including at least few years as Head of Product, Product Director, or Group Product Manager
• A track record spanning both product-led Ecommerce and technology platforms or configuration/3D/personalization systems
• Experience working across physical and digital products, ideally in direct-to-consumer, technology, or design-driven companies
• Demonstrated success leading an organization's transformation toward data-driven product development
• Strong understanding of customer journey, CRO, and Ecommerce performance
• Fluency in discovery methods, A/B testing, metrics, and data instrumentation
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex product decisions into a shared language for business and technology

• Fluent Polish and good command of English
