Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale affiliate partnerships for our Body and Skin categories. You’ll own influencer strategy, recruit creators, and manage partnerships end-to-end from outreach to payment coordination.

You will collaborate with Growth, Brand, Paid Media, and Organic teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and drive revenue while staying ahead of creator trends in beauty and wellness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record in executing performance-focused affiliate strategies and managing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin product categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators who align with brand, audiences, and growth objectives.
• Manage the full creator partnership lifecycle from outreach to payments and reporting.
• Develop campaign briefs translating product positioning and business goals into platform-native content.
• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, traffic, and revenue.
