Qualifications

• 2+ years in influencer marketing with outreach, negotiation and campaign launches in US & UK markets.
• Ability to manage several influencer activations concurrently.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships.
• Data-friendly mindset to review metrics, budgets and red flags.

Responsibilities

• Initial Outreach & Negotiation: Reach out to influencers, present collaboration opportunities, and negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
• Scout Management: Coordinate scouts, review submissions, and ensure creators meet campaign standards.
• Influencer Screening: Assess profiles for relevance, authenticity, engagement, and fit.
• Reporting & Feedback: Summarize campaign performance and outreach metrics for the influencer marketing manager.
