Woodward Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager – Industrialization to lead a team of Operations and Manufacturing engineers.

You will drive test processes, improve production methods, and ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes team development, process validation, and continuous improvement in electronics controllers and electromechanical actuators for aerospace/industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma proficiency.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume electronics/actuators production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage a staff of manufacturing engineers.
• Improve, validate production processes for existing and new products using Lean/DFM principles.
• Develop capital plans and drive continuous improvement to raise productivity.
• Plan and execute department budget and support customers/suppliers as required.
