Woodward Inc. seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead Operations and Test Engineers in a high-mix, low-volume environment in Poland.

You will translate product and business requirements into safe, capable production systems, from industrialization and transfer through line layout and ramp-up, delivering on schedule and quality. You will own process definitions, layouts and the manufacturing roadmap across product families, collaborating with global teams to apply

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of manufacturing/operations engineering experience including 10+ years in people leadership.
• Experience leading manufacturing, operations or industrial engineering teams.
• Experience with product industrialization and factory/layout design.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DFA/DFMA and problem-solving tools.
• Fluent English for global discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a team of Operations/Manufacturing and Test Engineers with clear priorities and accountability.
• Own industrialization of new and transferred products, including process definition, readiness, tooling and ramp-up.
• Develop production-line and factory layouts for safe, efficient, scalable operations.
• Define the manufacturing and test engineering roadmap across product families.
• Drive CAPEX planning, budgeting and benefits realization.
