Job summary

Signify is hiring an Industrial/Process Engineer for the Piła Electronics team. You will optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, develop production plans to meet quality and safety standards, and maintain SAP data while analyzing impacts on price and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering-related field (preferred Electrical engineering, automation).
• Experience implementing engineering projects (new technology/new machine introduction).
• Good problem solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic leadership skills.
• Proven track record in process/production engineering in electronics manufacturing (PCBA) is an advantage.
• Very good English (written/spoken).

Responsibilities

• Working within Value Stream team to deliver operational results.
• Organization/management of work places and layouts in production hall.
• Calculation and maintaining of production norms and routes for products.
• Keeping SAP industrial data up to date, analyzing impact of its changes on product price, capacity, productivity, etc. for running and newly introduced products.
• Analysis of capacity vs demand, production flow/speed vs cost roadmaps, capabilities vs investment needs to create improvement opportunities in these areas.
• Measurement, analysis and targeting of labor productivity.
• Leading productivity improvement projects.
• Linking Value Stream operations and needs with engineering/maintenance services.
• Participation in global projects.
