Job summary

Signify in Piła is seeking an Industrial/Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, develop production plans, and ensure quality and safety standards.

You will work in the Piła Electronics team, focusing on efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering-related area (preferred Electrical engineering, automation).
• Experience in implementing engineering projects (new technology/new machine introduction).
• Good problem solving skills and mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic leadership skills.
• A proven track record on process/production engineering position in electronics manufacturing area (PCBA) is an advantage.
• Very good English (written/spoken).

Responsibilities

• Work within Value Stream team to deliver operational results.
• Organize work places and layouts in production hall.
• Calculate and maintain production norms and routes for products.
• Keep SAP industrial data up to date and analyze its impact on price, capacity and productivity.
• Analyze capacity vs demand, production flow vs cost roadmaps, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Measure, analyze and target labor productivity.
• Lead productivity improvement projects.
• Link Value Stream operations with engineering/maintenance services.
• Participate in global projects.

More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Industrial/Process Engineer, being part of the Piła Electronics team with Signify.

You will optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, developing and implementing production plans to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Working within Value Stream team to deliver operational results
• Organization/management of work places and layouts in production hall
• Calculation and maintaining of production norms and routes for products
• Keeping SAP industrial data up to date, analyzing impact of its changes on product price, capacity, productivity, etc. for running and newly introduced products
• Analysis of capacity vs demand, production flow/speed vs cost roadmaps, capabilities vs investment needs to create improvement opportunities in these areas
• Measurement, analysis and targeting of labor productivity
• Leading productivity improvement projects
• Linking Value Stream operations and needs with engineering/maintenance services
• Participation in global projects
