We are looking for a proactive Senior Sourcing Specialist / Indirect Procurement Leader to drive and transform indirect procurement operations for our Stargard manufacturing plant and Front Line Unit Poland. If you want to move beyond routine administrative tasks to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver real business value alongside key factory stakeholders, this opportunity is built for you.
End-to-End Strategic Sourcing: Lead complex indirect sourcing projects across technical and operational categories—from market research, RFQs, and NDA negotiations to contract execution.
Cost Optimization & Value Creation: Execute cost-saving initiatives leveraging Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, CAPEX investments, process optimization, and supplier renegotiations.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with demanding business stakeholders at the Stargard plant and bridge local operational needs with global category strategies.
Process Transformation: Identify process inefficiencies, improve source-to-pay workflows, reduce tail spend, and shift the function from transactional administration to high-value partnering.
Supplier Performance & Risk: Rationalize the supplier base, manage supplier performance metrics, and drive risk mitigation (TPRM) in alignment with ethical and sustainability standards.
Industrial Procurement Experience: Minimum 3 years of indirect procurement/strategic sourcing experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment (technical category familiarity is essential).
Proven Sourcing Expertise: Practical command of procurement cost levers, TCO models, contract drafting, and structured project management.
Proactive Mindset: High degree of ownership, problem-solving skills, and a desire to challenge the status quo rather than execute purely administrative tasks.
Strong Communication: Ability to assertively manage and advise demanding plant stakeholders and negotiate effectively with suppliers.
Languages & Mobility: Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 for global management interaction) and a valid driver's license for supplier visits.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
