Job summary

Kalmar Inc. in Stargard, Poland, is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist / Indirect Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing for our Stargard plant and Front Line Unit Poland.

You will lead complex indirect sourcing initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver real business value alongside factory stakeholders. You bring at least 3 years in indirect procurement within manufacturing, strong negotiation, TCO modeling, and contract drafting expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of indirect procurement/strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience applying TCO models, cost levers and contract drafting.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Strategic Sourcing: Lead complex indirect sourcing projects across technical and operational categories.
• Cost Optimization & Value Creation: Drive cost-saving initiatives and supplier renegotiations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with plant stakeholders and align with global strategies.
• Process Transformation: Improve source-to-pay workflows and reduce tail spend.
• Supplier Performance & Risk: Manage supplier base and mitigate risk according to standards.
