Job summary

TitanX Engine Cooling is seeking an Indirect Buyer in Opole to strengthen our Purchasing team. You will manage indirect procurement processes, evaluate suppliers, and drive cost savings while coordinating with regional and central teams.

The role requires 2-4 years in purchasing, strong negotiation, and excellent Excel skills, with Polish and English fluency. Travel willingness and proactive teamwork are valued in our dynamic automotive setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing/sourcing, preferably indirect procurement.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and international organization.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Very good MS Excel skills.
• Basic experience with SAP.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel.

• Managing purchasing processes in the area of indirect procurement
• Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers, as well as analysing quotations
• Conducting commercial negotiations and achieving cost-saving targets
• Building and developing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
• Cooperating with internal departments as well as regional, global and central procurement teams
• Coordinating purchase order execution and procurement administration
• Identifying and implementing improvements in procurement processes
• Managing requests from crossfunctional teams
