Job summary

CBRE Business Services Organisation (CBRE BSO) in Warsaw is seeking a Business Transformation Expert to support the full project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and stabilisation. You will coordinate workstreams, collect data, and maintain artefacts with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of PMO/BA experience, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office and GenAI tools. Benefits include career development and a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in a PMO, business analyst, process improvement, transformation support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a genuine care for the quality of documentation and data.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using GenAI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis.
• Strong written and spoken English — able to draft clear meeting notes, status updates, and first‑draft executive materials.
• Foundational understanding of Lean / Six Sigma concepts (Yellow or Green Belt is a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across assigned transformation workstreams, tracking tasks, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and decision logs.
• Organise and prepare workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings — including agendas, pre‑reads, logistics, and follow‑ups.
• Capture accurate meeting minutes, decisions, and action items; follow up with owners to ensure timely closure.
• Support onboarding of new team members and external consultants to the project environment.
• Draft, format, and maintain transformation documentation: process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, playbooks, business requirement documents.
