Job summary

DCG is seeking an Identity & Access Management Specialist – SailPoint IIQ to lead IAM initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. You will review access, identify risks, and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement effective IAM actions.

The role requires hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and deep knowledge of user access management. Polish language proficiency is a plus; English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, application security or user administration.
• Hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Strong understanding of user access management and service accounts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IAM actions.
• Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Access review and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and propose actions based on business requirements.
• Engage with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information.
• Engage with IAM experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups and service accounts.
• Discuss to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Identity & Access Management Specialist – SailPoint IIQ

Responsibilities:

• Access review and analysis of application security and user access management
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions
• Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements
• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information needed for appropriate actions
• Engage with RACF/IAM subject matter experts, and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations
• Facilitate the onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Identity & Access Management, Application Security, Application Management or User Administration
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Strong knowledge of user access management, access groups and service accounts
• Good understanding of application security and IAM processes within complex enterprise environments
• Experience analysing user permissions and identifying inappropriate or unnecessary access
• Ability to work effectively with both Business and IT stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to understand complex application environments and translate business requirements into IAM-related actions
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently
• Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to challenge stakeholders when necessary
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
