Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM / SailPoint IIQ) to analyze application security and user access management. You will review access-related data, identify inactive or excessive permissions, and coordinate with business stakeholders to collect necessary information for access decisions.

You will collaborate with RACF and IAM SMEs to define actions, facilitate onboarding of applications and accounts to SailPoint IIQ, and support cleanup activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Identity/Application Security Specialist or similar in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong experience managing SailPoint IIQ access groups, user and service accounts.
• Solid IAM knowledge and understanding of business applications and IT processes.
• Ability to analyze access-related data and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; strong English.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze application security and user access management
• Review access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions
• Assess access review findings and recommend actions aligned with business requirements
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to collect information required for access-related decisions
• Collaborate with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to define actions and mitigations
• Facilitate onboarding of applications, access groups, user accounts, and service accounts to SailPoint IIQ
• Support cleanup activities related to access groups, user access, and service accounts
• Act as a trusted point of contact for business and IT stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
• Support prioritization of activities and management of scope changes
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, User Administrator, or similar role in SailPoint IIQ
• Strong experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Good understanding of business applications and IT processes
• Ability to analyze application security and user access management data
• Practical experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to engage, support, and challenge business and IT stakeholders
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Self-driven and motivated approach with a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with RACF
• Experience supporting IAM onboarding and access cleanup initiatives
• Experience working within large IAM transformation or improvement programs
