Job Description

You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM is responsible for implementing, operating and managing all access to the Euroclear IT infrastructure, ensuring that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons, in accordance with the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements Euroclear must satisfy.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist SailPoint Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining SailPoint IIQ solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our organization’s identity and access management infrastructure. The Specialist IIQ Engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies, and implement solutions that protect our critical assets and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

• Managing the production SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and its products
• Developing and maintaining architectural design documents, including technical diagrams, process flows, and system configurations
• Acting as 2nd line support for our SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and its products
• Conducting security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities, recommend remediation strategies, and implement necessary controls
• Monitoring and maintaining SailPoint IIQ infrastructure, including servers, databases, and other components, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability
• Managing vulnerabilities and patching activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including IT operations, network security, and compliance, to ensure alignment of security initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Providing support outside business hours as watch duty, when required

Requirements

• Experience with the SailPoint IIQ toolset, especially integrating SailPoint IIQ with other critical applications within the organization
• Active Directory & LDAP knowledge (3–5 years) is a must
• Experience troubleshooting custom system/application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Knowledge of Windows & Linux server operating systems is highly recommended
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus
• At least 3–5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering experience required
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience integrating SailPoint solutions with other security tools and technologies, including SIEM and PAM solutions, is a plus
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Experience working in a multi‑cultural environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, MS Office suite, and Splunk
• Experience with CyberArk is a plus
