Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Poland is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join our Cyber Security team as a remote employee.

You’ll collaborate across departments to implement IAM governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes. The role emphasizes securing identity everywhere, including nonhuman identities, passwordless auth, MFA, SSO, and credential management, with partnerships to drive adoption of IAM standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Proven experience in IAM governance, strategy, and advisory functions.
• Knowledge of IAM standards, nonhuman identity, authentication technologies, and Identity Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management systems and IT Service Management platforms.
• Strong analytical and cross‑department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM governance, strategy, and advisory initiatives for all identity types.
• Analyse IAM processes and data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes.
• Advise on nonhuman identity strategy and implementation.
• Contribute to identity verification, passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and credential management initiatives.
• Promote secure practices and help eliminate insecure credential sharing methods.
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID governance and compliance.
• Partner with departments and application owners to drive adoption of IAM standards.
• Lead workshops and meetings to present findings and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate IAM evaluations and strategies.

The Job:

• Proven experience in similar positions.
• Experience supporting IAM governance, strategy, and advisory functions, with knowledge of IAM standards, nonhuman identity, authentication technologies, and Identity Management Systems (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory).
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management systems (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), IT Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and strong analytical and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

Salary Range: 154 000 - 247 800 PLN gross annually.
