Job summary

Addepar is seeking an Engineering Manager in Warsaw, Poland, with a strong full-stack background to lead the Identity and Access engineering team. You will mentor, grow, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver secure, scalable authentication experiences across global platforms.

In this leadership role, you will guide your team in leveraging Addepar’s enterprise identity platform to create frictionless user journeys and reliable production systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of people management in software teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Math/Stats or related field.
• Strong full-stack background with Java and modern web frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of identity and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers and recruit talent.
• Partner with Product/Design to define roadmaps and plan sprints.
• Oversee migration of authentication experiences to scalable platforms.
• Ensure global availability and code quality, testing, and production stability.
• Align identity investments with product strategy and architecture reviews.
