The Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager (Warsaw, Poland) with a strong technical background in full-stack development to lead our Identity and Access engineering staff.

In this leadership role, you will manage, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers responsible for building and maintaining the systems and interfaces that authenticate users, allow agents to scale on our public APIs, and enable self-service product configuration.

You will guide your team in leveraging Addepar's enterprise identity platform to create responsive, frictionless user journeys. These range from the "front door" of our products (such as login and MFA) to the administrative tools our customers use to configure experiences for their internal teams and end-clients.

Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineering partners, you will ensure our delivery aligns with our clients' complex regional, compliance, and privacy needs. Ultimately, you will foster an environment of engineering excellence, empowering your team to build the next generation of features that prepare Addepar for the demands of modern, AI-driven users.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 425,00 - 510,00 złoty (base salary).
