Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading software teams and initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
• Strong background in full-stack development and modern web tech.
• Deep understanding of identity fundamentals and auth protocols.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and grow engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers in Warsaw.
• Partner with Product/Design to plan roadmaps and sprints.
• Guide migration of authentication experiences across platforms.
• Align identity investments with product goals and reviews.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and production stability.
