Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to ensure privileged access remains appropriate, justified, and compliant throughout its lifecycle. You will strengthen governance through access reviews, sustainable role models, and alignment with business and regulatory expectations.

You will support remediation and governance in Privileged Access management, document processes with BPMN, and develop end-user training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in information security, CS, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 2+ years in identity and access management, IT governance, or information security.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001 and other regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with risk assessment and mitigation experience.
• Experience with IDAM technologies, tools and platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Privileged Access management remediation and governance activities.
• Document business processes using BPMN tools.
• Create training materials for end-users in privileged access management.
• Collaborate with change management to ensure new deliverables are adopted.
• Identify, describe and validate business solutions to meet end users requirements.
• Produce detailed business requirements for functional/technical specs.
• Analyse impact and risks of new service development on the current system.
• Advise on the implications of business requests to stakeholders.
• Balance quality, cost and timeliness in decisions.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT during delivery.
• Support testing phases of projects/maintenances and rollout.
• Provide BA techniques and methodologies guidance as needed.
• Validate functional designs derived from your business analysis.
• Analyse moderately complex business requirements, processes and IT systems.
