Infosys Consulting seeks an experienced IAM SME to join our security and risk practice. You will design, implement, and govern IAM solutions across industries, ensuring secure access and regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IAM, strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and a track record of leading technical teams through complex identity programs in enterprise environments. This role offers a challenging technical environment with Europe-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IAM design and implementation across cloud platforms.
• Proficient in identity governance, access control, and data protection.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IAM requirements across sectors.
• Design and implement IAM solutions that are secure and scalable.
• Develop the IAM strategic vision and roadmap.
• Act as technical authority on IAM decisions and guidance.
• Implement IGA, RBAC, and access certification.
• Assess risks and advise on security-cost trade-offs.
• Integrate IAM into enterprise architecture and SDLC.
• Drive Secure by Design adoption in development lifecycles.
• Perform access reviews and identity lifecycle management.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and standards (ISO/NIST/GDPR).
• Review third-party IAM solutions and vendor offerings.
• Advise on MFA, SSO, and PAM strategies.
• Monitor emerging IAM threats and countermeasures.
