Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert IAM Project Manager to drive enterprise IAM and cybersecurity initiatives across business units and geographies. You will lead scope, budgets, timelines, and governance while coordinating with business, technology, and security teams to deliver critical IAM outcomes.

The role emphasizes MFA rollout, authentication transformation, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with strong stakeholder leadership and executive reporting. A global, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with IAM, security, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Plan and coordinate MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies
• Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders
• Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation activities
• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot deployments, and production releases
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness for MFA adoption
• Support resolution of escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and business onboarding
• Coordinate resource planning, budget tracking, and vendors
