Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with IAM/Cybersecurity expertise to lead complex security initiatives from planning through delivery. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies while coordinating across business and technology teams.

Key focus areas include MFA/Access Management, governance, compliance, and enterprise-wide authentication transformations. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and report progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Hands-on involvement across planning, delivery, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance requirements are met.
• Support MFA rollout activities across geographies and units.
• Track adoption, progress, risks, issues, and provide regular status reports.
• Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, controls, and remediation.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, pilots, and production releases for MFA implementations.
• Ensure IAM/security/regulatory requirements are met; drive change management.
