Job summary

Experis is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist to join an IAM-focused project. You will lead access reviews, analyze user permissions, and coordinate with business stakeholders and system providers to drive actions on identity governance.

You will collaborate with RACF/IAM SMEs, support onboarding to SailPoint IQ, and help prioritize efforts while mitigating risks. A strong understanding of IAM and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in IQ.
Experience in managing Access groups, User accounts and Service accounts in the IAM system SailPoint IQ.
Good understanding of applications and identity access management.
Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
Engage with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information and act as a trusted point of contact.
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities, and assist in prioritizing effort and managing scope changes.
