Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise to lead complex security initiatives from planning through delivery. The role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, risk control, and delivery oversight with IAM know-how.

The position emphasizes coordination with international teams, governance, and regulatory compliance, including MFA rollout activities across geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IAM or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, conditional access policies, authentication methods and access controls.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology and security functions.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules and executive reporting.
• Extensive IAM delivery and transformation project experience.
• Experience leading international teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to manage delivery risks, budgets and governance.
• Knowledge of RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance, security and governance requirements are met.
• Support MFA rollout activities across units and geographies.
• Track MFA adoption, progress, risks, issues and dependencies with regular status reports.
• Support management of MFA-related risks, exceptions and remediation.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, pilot deployments and production releases for MFA.
• Ensure deliverables comply with IAM, security and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management and business readiness for MFA adoption.
• Support escalation resolution and blockers impacting MFA delivery.
