Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with clients and internal GTM teams. You will lead workshops, analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state solutions, and develop delivery roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

This client-facing role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management and requirements management skills. You will work with consulting, technology and delivery teams in a hybrid Warsaw office setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting or large transformation programmes.
• Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management with influence across organisational levels.
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams.

THE ROLE

As aSenior Business Analyst within our Business Consulting practice, you will partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. You will lead business workshops, analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state solutions, and develop delivery roadmaps that create measurable business value.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong facilitation, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and requirements management skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with consulting, technology, and delivery teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements using clear, structured documentation and appropriate analysis techniques.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, and delivery roadmaps that support successful implementation.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solution options confidently to business stakeholders and project teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting or large-scalr transformation programmes.
• Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation.

BONUS POINTS FOR

• Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis frameworks.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools.
• Relevant certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst.
