THE WORK
- Supporting the design and implementation of SAP IAM solutions across hybrid SAP landscapes.
- Configuring and implementing SAP GRC Access Control and/or SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG).
- Designing and implementing authentication and identity federation scenarios using SAP Cloud Identity Services.
- Supporting access governance processes, including access request management, access risk analysis, and access certification.
- Participating in IAM architecture and integration design across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP cloud solutions.
- Contributing to IAM strategy development, business proposals, and RFP responses.
- Developing IAM accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets.
- Mentoring junior team members in SAP IAM topics.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
SAP IAM Analyst
- 1-3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), preferably in SAP environments.
- Basic knowledge or initial hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
- Exposure to SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) and/or SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) is an advantage.
- Understanding of core access governance concepts, including Segregation of Duties (SoD), access request workflows, user provisioning processes, and access risk analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, structured documentation, presentations).
- Experience preparing reports, analysing access data, and supporting audit or compliance activities is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in project teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn SAP IAM architecture and governance frameworks.
SAP IAM Consultant
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
- Experience working with SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) or SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
- Experience delivering SAP IAM implementations in hybrid SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of access governance concepts, including SoD, access request workflows, access risk analysis, and role governance.
- Experience contributing to SAP IAM architecture, solution design, or implementation projects.
- Exposure to pre‑sales activities such as RFP/RFI responses.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience implementing SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG).
- Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) authentication and federation scenarios.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP security and identity integration.
- Experience with SAP Authorization Management, including role design and role governance in SAP systems.
- Experience with SAP security and compliance tools, such as SecurityBridge, Onapsis, NextLabs, Xiting, or Pathlock.
- Knowledge of German or Spanish language.
