Job summary
Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant with strong IAM, PAM, and Secrets Management expertise to support user access initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on delivering strategic cybersecurity programmes across diverse vendors while aligning with governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience across cybersecurity, identity and access management, secrets management, and technology delivery within large enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives in global organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the definition and shaping of project charters, including scope, objectives, timelines, success criteria, requirements, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Drive end-to-end delivery activities across IAM, PAM, Secrets Management, and related cybersecurity initiatives.
- Guide project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring alignment with milestones.
