Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj in Katowice is seeking an IAM Application Support Specialist to strengthen our IT team. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support for IAM applications, manage tickets, and ensure secure access across business systems.

You\'ll configure provisioning, document procedures, work with AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and ensure compliance with security standards. Fluent English and collaboration with IT and vendors are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent
2+ years in IT support, application support, IAM, or related technical roles
Basic understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, and access governance
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and application integrations
Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting user access issues
Understanding of security principles such as least privilege and segregation of duties
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with fluent English

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd/3rd level support for IAM applications and manage ITSM tickets
Support and maintain IAM applications throughout their lifecycle (admin, upgrades, testing)
Assist with identity provisioning processes and application integrations
Maintain documentation, user guides, and operational procedures
Ensure IAM applications align with security standards and access governance
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to improve service quality
Contribute to lifecycle management, standardization, and automation initiatives
