Job summary

ALTEN Polska seeks an Identity Application Security Specialist to conduct access reviews and manage user permissions, collaborating with stakeholders and RACF/IAM experts. You will facilitate SailPoint IIQ onboarding and help resolve conflicting requirements, focusing on security and governance.

You will work with IAM professionals to implement effective access controls, coordinate with business units, and support ongoing security projects in a hybrid Warsaw/Lodz/Tricity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong understanding of applications and Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Self-driven, motivated, and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access reviews and analysis of application security and user access management, identifying inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend actions based on business requirements.
• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts to formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access, and service accounts.
• Support project discussions to resolve conflicting requirements, prioritize efforts, and manage scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
