Coople Poland in Warsaw is seeking a pragmatic Full Stack Engineer who loves shipping fast and working across a modern TypeScript ecosystem. You’ll work across our stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS) and guide AI-generated code toward production-quality features.

This hybrid role requires 2 days on-site in Warsaw, with a base salary of PLN 20,000–28,000 per month, plus a yearly 10% bonus and ESOP. A strong product mindset, ownership, and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript-based stack and modern web frameworks.
• Ability to own features from design to production.
• Experience delivering end-to-end in production systems.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and evaluating AI-generated code.
• Fluent English and Warsaw commuting ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop across Nest.js, Next.js, and React Native features.
• Collaborate with PMs, product, and users to shape requirements.
• Ensure production-grade quality, performance, and security.
• Support AI-assisted development workflows and code evaluation.
