Coople Poland in Warsaw is seeking a pragmatic Full Stack Engineer who loves shipping fast and working across a modern TypeScript ecosystem. You’ll work across our stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS) and guide AI-generated code toward production-quality features.

This hybrid role requires 2 days on-site in Warsaw, with a base salary of PLN 20,000–28,000 per month, plus a yearly 10% bonus and ESOP. A strong product mindset, ownership, and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

Job description

We currently have a job opening for a pragmatic and hands-on Full Stack Engineer who loves shipping fast and working across a modern TypeScript ecosystem. We build in Cursor and optimize our development process for AI-assisted engineering - most of our code is generated with AI, and your role is to guide it, validate it, and deliver production-quality features quickly.

This is a hybrid position in Warsaw (2 days per week on-site) in which you’ll work across our stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS), closely collaborating with PMs, product, and users. Ownership, clarity, and iterative delivery matter most.

Skills required

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript is a must. Other than that we look for experience with Nest.js (backend), Next.js (frontend), React Native (mobile), Postgres/Neon, and AWS (or equivalent)
• Java experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness
• Experience building end-to-end functionality in production systems, ideally with production accountability
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development (Cursor) and evaluating, refining AI-generated code
• Product mindset and entrepreneurial spirit: you know how to take ownership, and you deliver tangible value and solve actual user problems through iterations
• Clear and concise communication with PMs, designers, and stakeholders
• Fluent English and ability to commute to our Warsaw office are a must

Recruitment Process

• Prescreening: conversation with our internal recruiter
• Technical interview
• Further conversation: discussion with the VP Engineering and VP Product and optional peer-to-peer conversation with the team members
• Feedback: expect a response within a few days after the final stage

Salary & benefits

• PLN 20'000-28'000 monthly base salary (employment contract, on request we can consider B2B too)
• On top of the base salary, we offer a yearly bonus (10% target bonus) and a company stock options plan for all employees (ESOP)
• Hybrid working model: 2 days per week on-site in our office in the heart of Warsaw (next to metro Centrum / PKiN) is a must
• 26 days' of paid annual leave + public holidays (on employment contract)
