Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a specialist to provide end-to-end specification management support. You will interpret technical reports, plan and implement processes, and collaborate across functions to ensure quality and compliance.

The role involves managing projects, archiving obsolete specs, and improving data consistency. You will engage with suppliers, leverage SAP PLM, SharePoint and advanced Excel to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or related scientific discipline
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with SAP PLM or similar Specifications Systems
• Experience with SharePoint
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Ability to manage large data sets with digital tools
• Strong project management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end specification management support and interpret technical reports
• Plan and implement processes, run maintenance and audit programs for specifications
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on specification reviews, approvals and change notifications
• Archive obsolete specifications and ensure data consistency and completeness
• Support PLM system scripting, testing and data analysis
• Lead improvements to specifications processes and data-driven decision making
