Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a data and specification management professional to provide end-to-end support, interpret technical reports and ensure compliance with quality standards across the PLM environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive data analysis using digital tools, with emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication. The role offers a hybrid model with remote work on select days.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or related scientific field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP PLM or similar specifications systems.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions).
• Ability to manage large data sets with digital tools.
• Clear stakeholder communication and project management experience.
• Regulatory or Food Safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end specification management support for compliance with quality standards.
• Interpret technical reports and plan/process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on specifications reviews and changes.
• Archive obsolete specifications and run maintenance/audit programs.
• Write and review PLM system scripts and test end-to-end.
• Support data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects with phased deadlines.
