Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a data and specification management professional to provide end-to-end support, interpret technical reports and ensure compliance with quality standards across the PLM environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive data analysis using digital tools, with emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication. The role offers a hybrid model with remote work on select days.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or related scientific field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP PLM or similar specifications systems.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions).
• Ability to manage large data sets with digital tools.
• Clear stakeholder communication and project management experience.
• Regulatory or Food Safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end specification management support for compliance with quality standards.

In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing the results of assessments of compliance, planning and implementing assigned processes and taking corrective actions when necessary, and developing strong working relationships in your function and cross functionally as well. You are a technological resource and considered an expert in your technical or scientific area.

You will provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes. You will also complete various projects-either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. This role requires excellent communication skills because you will work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications and talk with suppliers about raw material specifications. In this role, you will offer suggestions on how to improve projects in your area and ensure data consistency and completeness. Some of your other duties will include archiving obsolete specifications, running maintenance and audit programs for specifications, troubleshooting and providing day-to-day user support and training.

In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support, leverage digital tools for data analysis and provide valuable direction and insight for management to make informed decisions. We are seeking a candidate who understands how specification data and processes can be applied and improved to better support emerging business needs.

Your responsibilities include building and interpreting technical reports and system design documents, building search reports and end to end testing, planning and implementing assigned processes, writing and reviewing PLM System scripts, taking corrective actions and managing cross category stakeholders. You will also complete various projects-either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. You will use your technology knowledge to meet the business needs and will work multifunctional stakeholders internally and externally.

Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes.

• Collect, analyse and interpret data using appropriate tools to drive decision making including conducting root-cause analysis
• Identify and lead improvements to ways of working and processes

• Understand business challenges, create valuable, actionable insights using data, and communicate your findings to stakeholders
• Manage the PLM Change Request process involving enhancements or new requirements to specification systems and downstream systems implications

Job Specific Requirements:

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in working with SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or similar Specifications Systems
• Experience working with SharePoint
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel functions
• Medium to high skill level in managing large amounts of data using digital tools
• System & Process oriented with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication with stakeholders
• Proven project management experience
• Regulatory and/or Food Safety experience is preferable
• CV to be attached in English
• Ability to balance multiple tasks through effective prioritization
