Job summary

Liftero in Kraków is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our high-tech aerospace portfolio. You will manage schedules, budgets, milestones and reporting, acting as the main contact for clients and funding bodies while ensuring resources align with priorities.

You will coordinate engineers and suppliers, maintain risk registers, and ensure compliance with space industry standards. Strong English and a proven client-facing track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within high-tech, aerospace, or hardware engineering.
• Strong organizational skills with timeline tracking and task management.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle sensitive project contract details with discretion.
• Proven track record as primary client contact and leading external meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Create and maintain organized project workspaces for internal collaboration and client sharing.
• Manage client relationships and secure files; lead client meetings.
• Author and review client documentation; produce system architectures and milestone reports.
• Bridge technical updates; translate engineering progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee supply chain and logistics; coordinate vendors and testing schedules.
• Ensure regulatory and export compliance with space industry standards.
