Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end localization and part transfer projects across Europe, with primary focus on Sofia, Ellington, Peterborough, and other growth initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, schedules, critical paths and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, NPI, Finance, and Program Management.
• Drive supplier transitions: sourcing strategy, supplier selection, qualification, production readiness, tooling transfer, first article execution.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements related to product transfers, PPAP/FAI, aerospace compliance.
• Maintain governance with project reviews, KPI dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
