You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and foster lasting customer relationships while maintaining service excellence. The role requires at least one year in an international contact centre, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Slovak at C1 level.
• At least 1 year in an international contact centre.
• Strong written and verbal communication with listening skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to handle difficult interactions.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to decide independently.
• Committed to excellent customer experience and long-term relationships.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and issues.
