Job summary

Bayer is seeking a SharePoint Solution Architect in Warsaw to shape modern collaboration solutions across the organization. You will translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable architectures and guide delivery from concept through implementation.

You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-centric platforms, with hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Collaboration Architect, or similar role.
• Strong experience designing and implementing SharePoint-based and enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture principles and integration approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SharePoint and collaboration solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and enterprise architects to deliver technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and integration approaches that support current and future needs.
• Lead the integration of new solutions with existing platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
• Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive architectural reviews and promote best practices across teams.
• Mentor engineers and solution teams and stay updated on emerging technologies.
