Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an experienced Java software developer for a hybrid role in Poland. You will work on developing new services in the Embedded Banking domain, joining a Scrum team with seasoned colleagues to deliver scalable, high-throughput applications.

You should bring 6+ years of Java experience, hands-on Spring Framework and Spring Boot, and strong DB knowledge (PostgreSQL or Db2). Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka and AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Java software development.
• Hands-on with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and databases (PostgreSQL/Db2).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Experience building distributed, highly available, high-throughput applications.
• Nice to have knowledge of SDD and SDD frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop new services and solutions in Embedded Banking Service Domain (Payments).
• Be part of a newly created Scrum team with experienced colleagues.
• Contribute to building distributed, reliable, scalable applications.
