Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (or Frontend with backend potential) to join a greenfield financial project. You will design and build with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and React, collaborating with business teams in an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in full-stack development with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and React.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React and interest in backend development in Java.
• Experience with JPA and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Fluent English and strong communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into user stories.
• Creating intuitive and high-quality user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to team discussions and solution design.
• Developing and executing end-to-end tests to ensure high application quality and reliability.
• Supporting continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and team collaboration.
